SECO saws have been designed for cutting and chamfering ceramic tiles, marble and stone or stone-like materials for volume production of border tiles and insets of every shape and dimensión. The saws are constructed in sturdy structural steel with resistance welding. The conveyor belt, that slides on a processed surface covered with interchangeable wear-resistant sheet metal, is accurately guided by a device that provides for recovery of worn parts. The spindle headstocks are very compact and precision-processed to ensure the absence of vibrations and excellent cutting accuracy, and are equipped with vertical power adjustment and transversai adjustment for optimum positioning of the disks, that are fitted on special steel sleeves and can be easily and quickiy fitted on the spindles. The machines can be completely operated and equipped by the operator in the front section.
