The manual
shearing machine FRANGO MUS 170 is made with a sturdy
and solid steel structural work. This structure
allows to shear, easely and with accuracy, marble,
ceramic tiles and glass in order to produce tesserae
for mosaics, even of small dimensions.
The heavy flywheel,
the blade moving on wide prismatic guides and
the ergonomic architecture allow to make fast
and accurate shearings.

SECO CRU – CONTINUOUS SAWS FOR THE INCISION AND THE CUT OF GREEN TILES OR CERAMICS
SECO CRU
451 V saws are ideal for the incision of green tiles surface,
to obtain the mosaic effect.
The original and
efficient patented dressing system of the diamond
disks can work also during the pieces’ tooling;
together with the display of the disks-holding
shaft and with the generated powder suction,
it makes the saws easy to be used and highly
productive. Moreover, it largely reduces the
exercising costs.

FRANGO SPICO
chipping unit allows the chipping
of the upper corners of marble tiles, ceramic
terracotta and fine
porcelain stoneware by using particular tools.
It is possible to obtain different final aesthetic
results, each one of which is characterized
by deep ageing effects, which can be further
adjusted by additional operations such as tumbling,
satin-finishing or others.
The single machine
or the complete line are characterized by simple
maintenance and absence of noises during the
working phases, still guaranteeing a high productivity.
